The Studio A Experience

Working with The Authority Companies has been a pleasure! In addition to their knowledge and expertise of design and materials, what impressed me was their project management and communication: they kept us informed of every step of the process, asked our preference about even the tiniest details, and worked with our schedule and budget. Also - all their staff were courteous and pleasant and were clearly enthusiastic about our project.

From start to finish, Rachael and her team made us feel like we were their only project. We had confidence throughout the process that our ideas, budget, and timeline were all going to come together. There were a few unforeseen hiccups that arose during the project and Rachael easily came up with solutions that kept us on the timeline and gave us amazing results. After meeting with Rachael, you just know your project will get done right and on-time. Then, after seeing the finished results you won't be disappointed. We've had such great experiences with the entire team! When we first met with Rachael, we could tell they are so professional in what they do and do things to a high standard. We asked them to turn our three season porch into a new art studio for me, and it's stunning! They changed everything from top to bottom. Then our chimney was falling apart and they fixed that too. Then our ceiling in our basement was breaking apart and they fixed that too plus added lights and paint. Every space they have helped us with looks so much better than before and it's been a pleasure working with them! I look forward to continuing working with them in the future when we want to do more updates to our house! Thanks everyone 🙂

The team was very professional, prompt and had great communication from beginning to end of our project. Our kitchen remodel was a major project for us and we spent a lot of time looking at our options before choosing a company to do the work for us. We wanted to find someone that we could trust to paint our cabinets and have them turn out just right. After shopping around and looking at the work that several companies had done previously, it was an easy decision for us. The quality of work compared to the price of the project set The Home Authority apart. If we were to ever do another project at our house, we would definitely make the same choice.

The team was helpful in our selection of replacement wood laminate for our floors and quartz countertops for our kitchen. They checked, in person, with the crews they had selected for us and made sure the work was done in a top-quality fashion and on time. They arranged a schedule for all of the crafts persons who did our renovation and made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you for a stress free, efficient, and beautiful job.

I am so happy with the help and work that was done! They were all very helpful and great to work with. It was a great process, with picking out the flooring, paint color, backsplash and countertops. They gave us pointers on what they thought would look good and I was nervous for the change, but they reassured me that everything would turn out great, which it did! If we had questions, they were quick to answer. I would use them again! They have an amazing team!

We had a great experience working with the design team at Studio A! We took on a remodel project that involved a lot of decisions and the team was great at helping us coordinate colors, textures, and styles. They made the process very straightforward and gave us advice and recommendations and a lot of their time to help be sure we were happy with everything in our new design! The end result looks amazing and we love our new updated look!
